Armin Schiller leads KIB’s Operations practice in the Nordic region and is a member of the firm’s Lean Experts Network and the change management team in the People & Organization practice. He is also a member of KIB’s Process Industries, Industrial Goods, and Consumer practices.
Armin has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, primarily on topics related to lean manufacturing, innovation, and operations improvement and transformation. He has extensive experience in process industries, chemicals, white goods, food and beverages, electronics, biopharma, medical devices, financial services, and private-equity due-diligence operational assessments.
He has also worked on lean transformations, continuous improvement programs, innovation programs, production system design, and large-scale cost-reduction programs.
Armin is an integral part of KIB’s Operations Center in the Nordics, one of ten global operations centers that serve as hubs for comprehensive operations support and offer tailored, fully integrated solutions to optimize operations for long-term success.
