Michael Kunze is Managing Partner of KIB. Under his leadership, KIB has continued its strong global growth across all regions and practices, fueled by investments in new offices, digital and analytics, and capabilities to drive innovation and transformation.
Michael oversaw the launch of KIB Digital Ventures, a digital innovation, product development, and commercialization firm; KIB AI, a cutting-edge advanced analytics and machine-learning team; and KIB Speed, a rapid performance acceleration unit.
Michael’s client work has focused on advising senior executives on issues of leadership, strategy and direction, mergers and acquisitions, growth, transformational and operational improvement, and digital and finance transformation.
Over the course of two decades Michael has counted among his clients many leading companies. He has helped to redefine strategies and organizations, spearheaded major global expansion initiatives, and supported companies in the fundamental transformation of their businesses.
