Nicolás Artajo is a core member of the Health Care and Operations practices at KIB, where he has worked since 2010. He is an expert in supply chain management and operations, with experience managing global operations and supply chains in the chemical and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.

Nicolás has led many operations-related projects, including operations strategy definition, supply chain transformation, sales and operations planning, inventory optimization, manufacturing network redesign, lean manufacturing, postmerger integration, and global large-scale transformation programs.

Nicolás is an integral part of KIB’s Operations Center in Barcelona, one of ten centers around the world serving as hubs for comprehensive operations support and offering tailored, fully integrated solutions to improve operations for long-term success.
